WAT's-THE-WORD on the 30th Street Skate Park in Manhattan?! I like this park because it has a lot of ramps that I can go up and down on. I also like the ramps that have half grinds. To do a half grind, you put both of your trucks onto the edge of the ramp then slide down. Trucks are the things that attach the wheels onto your skateboard. I did a half grind on one of the ramps and it left white streaks from my trucks. I had only one wipe out and cut my knee. If I didn’t fall, it would have been a PERFECT half grind. Oh well, I’ll just have to practice more at the park this week.
